Shipping
Where We Deliver
We deliver to street addresses all over Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas. We don't currently deliver outside Australia, and we can't deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is a flat A$14.99 (Australian dollars) per order. Delivery is free when your order subtotal is A$56 or more (this covers most multi-packs, the solar sets and the Pop Up Mosquito Net on their own). The delivery cost is shown in your cart before you pay.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days by tracked express courier. Delivery then typically takes 3 to 5 business days, sometimes sooner. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, weather, public holidays and courier delays.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Items in the same order may occasionally be sent in separate parcels for logistical reasons; if that happens you'll receive tracking for each one.
Import Charges
The price you pay at checkout is the full price. We do not charge, and will not ask you to pay, any additional fees on delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at info@mozzieproof.com as soon as you notice the problem, with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve simply changed your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@mozzieproof.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your return and provide instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank, card provider or PayPal balance.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer guarantee or right you hold under applicable Australian Consumer Law, which exists independently of any policy set out here.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order at no charge until it has been shipped. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. Once we've sent you tracking information, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under the terms above.
